All of our designs are manufactured out of steel. Roofing, Post, Trim and Galvanized Beams all made out of Steel.

| Yes, but it will take about 3 people. You could hirer a contractor if you don’t feel you are able to climb a ladder. Step by step instructions are included.

| We recommend that you call your local planning and zoning department and ask them what the rules are in your area. Our experience is that you need to have a few feet left over, after the carport is built, all city's are a little different.

| Yes we have provided a site plan example for you to follow. After you have drawn up you’re site plan and decided where you want you’re carport or garage to be built ,then take it to your local planning and zoning department and ask them to approve your site plan. Once they have
